The Spikey Key Ring DUO set is discreet and can be kept on hand, in a pocket, bag, or keyring. It is designed with one PVC hard pad and one softer silicone pad secured on a fidget loop. 

It has a fidget loop that secures two detachable double-sided sensory supports for tactile input, picking support, and 'hurt' without harm.

Kaiko has primarily developed them as harm minimization tools that provide 'hurt without harm' & surfaces to 'drag' fingernails over as a picking support tool.  They are helpful for those who benefit from deep, focused pressure to assist with regulation and respond well to high sensory input. 

PRODUCT DETAILS:
SILICONE PAD, approx 8cm x 3cm (Purple or Black). This dual-sided pad is soothing for many to brush over the fingers and skin or 'pick' at with fingernails. It has some flex to it, too. It provides great tactile sensory support.  

PVC PAD, approximately 7 cm x 3 cm (Black): This dual-sided pad is more abrasive and rigid. It is excellent for putting in the palm of your hand and squeezing for 'ouch.' You can also 'pick' at these bristles; however, they are more rigid than the silicone ones. You can also press them into the skin.

Please note that extensive dragging across the skin can cause reddening and, if prolonged, skin breakdown, so supervision and/or an alternative tool are required if the person is likely to use it in this way.
