To get a quote follow the instructions below:

1. Browse our store and add products to your cart

2. Click on the Request A Quote link below the checkout button

3. Complete the Request a quote form and click 'Submit Quote'

4. We will email you a PDF quote for your order to allow you to claim your purchase or we can organise a claim* on your behalf.

OR email us for a quote with the following details
1. Name
2. Address
3. Phone number
4. NDIS participants name and date of birth
5. NDIS number
6. Details of JettProof products required
